The general areas of the hotel were well-kept and clean, making it a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The pathways were flat and easy to navigate, and the staff were always willing to assist me with anything I needed.

I would have liked to see more options for activities and amenities specifically catered towards senior guests.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of the villa. It was within walking distance to popular cafes like Seniman Coffee Studio and Kafe Ubud, as well as the starting point for the Campuhan Ridge Hike. The villa was incredibly spacious and perfect for a family vacation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even cleaning up our mess in a very tidy manner. They also helped us rent a scooter at the same price available in the market. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were outstanding.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as some lizards around and occasional leaves and flowers in the pool, the staff worked hard to keep the pool clean. The air conditioning was not always great, but overall our stay was comfortable.

I always come back because it's perfect for me. Free Wi-Fi, AC, laundry, and a restaurant. The staff even helped me with a bug bite! Plus, there's a pool and 24-hour security. Can't wait to go back for Easter!
